Sustainability Audit
Clean Future Synergy can offer the service of a sustainability audit. We would work with you on a project basis and come into your organisation to screen corporate strategy and operations on a range of ESG issues. The process would involve:
- Discussions with management on what product and/or service you’d like to offer going forward and how this can be achieved in a sustainable manner, as much as possible.
- Analysing how the product and/or service can be made sustainable and identifying gaps in the organisation where work needs to be done to accomplish this.
- Identifying opportunities to achieve real positive impact and which SDGs can be met in converting the offering towards sustainability.
After completion of the sustainability audit if so desired we can enter into a strategy consulting track with management to achieve long term sustainability goals.
